baabum materials

The baabum name, logo, website, software, product design, interface, text, documentation, workflows, graphics, and other original materials are owned by baabum or licensed to baabum, unless another owner is clearly identified.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or reuse baabum materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

User content

Collectors keep ownership of photos, listing details, collection notes, messages, and other content they submit to baabum. By submitting content, users give baabum a license to host, store, display, resize, moderate, translate, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Users are responsible for making sure they have the right to upload card photos, listing photos, profile content, and chat images. Do not upload private images, copyrighted content, or brand materials you do not have permission to use unless your use is legally allowed.

Trading cards, brands, teams, and marketplaces

Card names, team names, league names, player names, character names, manufacturers, grading companies, marketplaces, logos, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. baabum references these names only to identify collectibles, listings, market data, and user-submitted content.

baabum is not endorsed by or affiliated with any card manufacturer, sports league, team, grading company, marketplace, or rights holder unless we expressly say so.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on baabum infringes your copyright, contact us with enough information for us to review the issue.

• Your full name, organization if applicable, email address, and physical or mailing address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• The baabum URL, profile, listing, message, image, or other location of the content you want reviewed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed or restricted and you believe that happened by mistake, contact us with your account details, the removed content, why you believe the removal was mistaken, and any information needed to review your request.

Repeat infringement and misuse

baabum may remove content, restrict listings, disable chat images, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe rights, misuse third-party content, submit false notices, or abuse the reporting process.

We may update this Copyright Policy as baabum grows, as our product changes, or as legal requirements evolve. The updated date above shows when this page was last revised.
